Warranty Information

Chee Puck Refrigeration Inc. provides warranty coverage to ensure reliable performance of our equipment when used under proper operating conditions.
Coverage

• One (1) Year Warranty on compressor and service for refrigeration equipment from the date of delivery, covering inherent factory defects and faulty workmanship.
• Six (6) Months Warranty on heating/cooking equipment.
• Six (6) Months Warranty on fabricated kitchen equipment components such as faucets, knobs, and other wear-and-tear items.

Installation and Start-Up

For clients located within Greater Metro Manila, equipment start-up and initial commissioning will be performed by Chee Puck Refrigeration Inc. to ensure proper operation.

Warranty Conditions

To maintain warranty coverage, the following conditions must be observed:
• Equipment must be installed and operated according to recommended guidelines.
• Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) is required for equipment with electrical boards and compressors to protect against voltage fluctuations.
• Equipment must be installed in properly ventilated areas and should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
• Proper maintenance must be performed regularly by the client.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by negligence, improper use, or abnormal operation.
• Glass components, rubber parts, plastics, bulbs, removable parts, or consumable materials such as refrigerant, oil, and gas.
• Compressor burnout due to voltage fluctuation or electrical issues when no AVR is installed. NO AVR – NO WARRANTY
• Damage caused by acts of God, lightning, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
• Loss, spoilage, or damage to goods stored inside refrigeration equipment during equipment failure.

Chee Puck Refrigeration Inc. shall not be liable for losses resulting from product spoilage, operational delays, or damages caused by improper equipment use or external factors beyond normal operating conditions.
